Yes, i only have a PS4 still also and have pre ordered. It's avalible on both ps4 and ps5

Moreover, if you buy the digital deluxe on disc, you will get a PS4 disc with the rights to upgrade digitally to the PS5 version. So, if you think you may get a PS5 during the year, this may be a consideration. The downside is that you need to have the PS4 disc in your PS5 to play the PS5 version.
