Physical MVP Edition - No hat?

I'm disappointed in there being no hat as well. It was the reason I looked forward to buying the physical MVP edition. With no hat, I might as well just play this game on Xbox Game Pass for no additional cost to me.

Did they ever give a reason? Is there another version (collector’s edition) coming out at a later date?

It's still sad. I have each hat displayed with the Steelbook on my shelf. It was a nice collection. I love The Show 22's Steelbook look this year, but without the hat to go along with it, I am leaning towards playing it with Game Pass.
