Verlander.....you filthy, filthy man.
Opponent was doing some HEAVY bunt dancing in the first inning, it's actually the first time i've seen someone so consistent with it. It's actually pretty entertaining, I really don't understand why it bothers people so much.
Guy couldn't touch the fastball, which opened everything else up naturally. Have to admit, it was just one of those games I knew something good was coming. He knew too, given he requested a friendly in the 5th when it was 1-0.
This all but confirms to me that Verlander is the best SP in the game. For me, it was between him and DeGrom for a while....but Verlanders mix of speeds sets him apart.

Perfect game is nothing to brag about. I've thrown plenty myself. It just means that your opponent should stick to playing CPU and is probably batting a buck something up and down the lineup.

Was going to ask the same thing. I’ve played thousands of online ranked games and consider myself a pretty solid player….never threw a PG before. Thought it was be a good story to share given all the toxic nonsense on the board lately
