Reporting racist players

How do you report a player, to Sony, that has a racist PSN ID and also has their messages turned off?

Usually, you can go into your messages and type in the PSN ID and after you select the ID and start a 'Group' you can them go into that Player's 'card' and report their ID.

But if the person has their messages off; it tells you that you can't start a Group.

Not saying it on here and getting in trouble.

Let's just say that it has to do with a certain race and is also sexual in nature.

I tried that. I thought that was mainly for SDS and not Sony themselves.

I'm looking for a way to do it so it goes straight to Sony Corporate.

Like when you go into block someone; instead of pressing X on the three dotted line, to block, you press Options (I think) and it allows you to select Report then Profile.

Yeah, RS game. But after 5 innings of nothing but fly outs he sent a Friendly Quit and I accepted it.
