Difficulty Bug

Currently in HOF (High 800s) and noticed when I play players bove 900 the game difficulty is on Legend instead of HOF. Anyone notice this?

The difficulty is based on the higher rated player.

No, it's the higher ranking this year that determines the difficulty.
