Sorry but I just have not experienced this. Finished BR and got my 50 wins in the Event and by and large most of my games are good with the better team wining.

Also if the PCI is the size of the strike zone or bigger you must be playing on All-Star. Play some Ranked on HOF or Legend and it won’t be like that.

Yeah, only once have I played a game where my opponent destroyed me and I was pitching like garbage. Usually the games are close and not huge homer fests.
Also, play BR so it's not a lineup full of 99s.
Or, wait like 3 months for the new game to come out and nobody will have any 99s. It's mid December, of course everyone has the Juiced super teams.

or just come on over to online rated with regular teams and you can select your difficulty settings along with guess pitch and quick counts

Most people can't play at that level, especially me.
Edit, I can't play HOF on RS (never have and I know I wouldn't fair well).
HOF and Legend vs CPU? I haven't lost a game yet. Pretty easy.

I've noticed power in general has gone down due so many op cards. Sds always messing with in game sliders.

If your opponent is swinging at everything, just don't throw anything into the zone, problem solved.
And I'm playing on All-star difficulty all year and pci seems very similar to me all year, cause pitchers are also much better right now -

I played a game last night on rookie for fun on casual mode and the pci wasn’t even the size of the strikezone.

That is what all ultimate team game modes do. That is where the ULTIMATE part of the name comes into play.
Wrong game, this is The Show, not Madden. There is no Ultimate Team mode. You’re in Diamond Dynasty world now my friend!

Why must every sports game just flood the platform with 99 everything, juiced out of their mind players? People don’t even need to square up a ball to hit a tank, it’s pointless. It’s just a dice roll. Guys swing at every single pitch with zero discipline, and because the pcis are the size of the strike zone(and more), there’s no penalty for playing like it’s home run derby. Just lame they can’t maintain integrity for us who actually enjoy baseball and don’t just play for digital rewards that are meaningless and against the spirit of the sport.
If your opponent is swinging at everything it should be very easy to strike him out with pitches outside of the zone… you don’t sound like you’re a very good pitcher

OP is whining for sure, but I agree that the game is much less fun when everyone on the diamond is a 99 and there are no weaknesses.
At this stage in the cycle, BR is much more enjoyable exactly because of this.
