How high would Trout's price be without 1 Mill limit?
-
Are you saying you want his price to go higher?
I'm hoping it goes down to the 619K I have atm. -
Yeah, sort of sucks for those of us that don't play online. With 3,000 open orders, it's extremely unlikely that I will ever get his card. With the glut of great outfielders though, it's not a huge deal.
-
If there are no other cards coming out I would pay 4 million since that is my balance. If I have everything else why hang on to stubs. I am certain the highest bids would be about 20 million.

After last year and the insanely long lines for flawless cards, SDS has really made an attempt to make every card accessible this year. I wouldn't be shocked if something was added next ranked season or in the final inning program to help out with some of those extinct cards, Trout included.

I like this game so, while a bit annoying, it's not the end of the world. I really like his LS card, so would be cool to play with his 99, but I have dozens of other 99 outfielders to play with. If he was an absolute must have like Mantle for me, maybe I would give online more of a shot, but just not my cup of tea for any game. Too old for that.

There won't be any more new ranked rewards next season, so anyone that makes WS or hits 30 wins next season is going to sell him if they already have him. I wouldn't call Trout an extinct card though. The old Bronze and Silver inning henchman are extinct. There are 10 Trouts sold an hour at peak times

I don't think there should be a stub cap, unless they simply don't know how to handle all our accounts with that many stubs? Is there a technical reason we can't have unlimited, or just 20, 40 or 50 million stub limits?
I'm 5 wins away from some lucky SOB getting the fish man. Probably tonight. My buy order went through 2 days ago. I was 505 in line.

I understand that he's likely the final WS reward, what I am saying is that in previous years the WS pack would usually contain all previous ws rewards and you would have a choice. I wouldn't be shocked if next RS there were multiple choice packs along the way, kind of similar to how the BR program is now.

Maybe because to much potential for the big stub makers to manipulate the market on certain cards? Only reason I can think of.

There already is multiple choice packs, at least in the win path. The only thing the new BR path did was add an extra pack of the program rewards(Hamels, Foster etc.) everything else is the same

I think SDS manipulates rhe market TBH, so what's new?

Well that may be, but I don't think that discredits my example, even if they did they wouldn't want users to.
