When does difficulty step up to HOF

I'm currently in All-Star. I am grinding for Trout currently and I wonder when it goes from All-Star to HOF, and HOF to Legend.

700~899 is HOF and 900 and above is legend.

I really enjoy the gameplay between 700-899.

After making WS I play the rest of my games on legend and the hitting seems so much cleaner playing on HOF when the season resets.

The timing windows on legend are jacked up without a doubt.
