Marcus Simien

I was really looking forward to this card coming to TA5. After seeing his quirks I was a little disappointed but after using him I’m shocked. He has more home runs than any other TA5 player I have. Not to mention he gets on base most of the time and his defense is really good. He barely lets anything get past him at second. I kinda wanted to put Ketel Marte at 2nd and move Simien somewhere else but having someone to take away base hits on a regular basis is so valuable. Is anyone else loving this card or you all disappointed? In my opinion he’s easily a top 5 TA5 player. Right there with Tatis,Soto,Freeman and Ketel. Tbh though most of these cards are usuable,

LS Marcus Semien was one of my first diamond cards and I raked with him, mostly vs CPU on Rookie at the time but he was easily my best and most consistent player. I ended up replacing him after slumping a little bit and getting higher rated cards. But his Finest card immediately went into my lineup and he's back to being my best hitter, this time mostly on All-Star vs CPU.

He’s so good. I mean for a second baseman to hit 43 home runs in a season is absurd. He easily one of the best defenders too. That blue jays team is a real threat in the upcoming years.

I would say I hope he goes to the Orioles being that I’m an Os fan but that’s torture for any player to play for them. The owner doesn’t care and you have to get used to losing….A LOT.
