Remaining Strategy: Which are you Maximizing?

I haven’t P5’d a card at all, too much lineup switching. Too many of the same teams out there and I find it kind of dull. When watching content creators that’s why I usually stick to Kevin, the lineups in each game are different and he’s given me ideas of players to try. Guys like Koogs and Littleman seem to use the same lineup all the time, except their cap name is different, and occasionally they “debut” a new card.
Yeah, I feel you. I've got all of one card P5'd and that of course is Mike Trout.
I do have a few guys at P4: Chipper Jones, Matt Wieters, Trevor Story, Ken Griffey Jr. (42 Series), and Mookie Betts. Chipper is about 700 XP away but the rest have a ways to go and I don't use them much anymore.

I have exactly 2 cards P5. 42 series Babe Ruth (he carried my early days squad) and Awards Chipper (I figured I spent so much to get him I might as well use him). I have a half dozen or so P4s, but I love em icing and matching and making themed teams, so I'm rarely playing with the same player for any considerable amount of time. It helps keep the game fresh for me.

I have POM Buxton, Tatis Jr., Thome, and Sig Longoria at P5, Trout, MA Ohtani, POM Schwarber, Lindor, deGrom, TA Cronenworth, Lee Smith, & TA Doolitle at P4. Hope to get all 4's to 5 before NHL '22 and FC6 completely takes over!

Why would we try to get as many to P1 than to P5?
-
I am trying to P5 guys that I been using for awhile, I got Murray and Baines to level 4, I working on Snider who is close to level 4 never comes out of lineup since I got him. Vida Blue is at level 4. After those are leveled up I will move on to someone else. I have C Jones, J Robinson, Roy Oswalt at level 5. that I can think of off top of my head.\
Edit
I also have Fernando 93 at level 5 -
I think I have 34 at P5. I can't hit anymore especially on HOF so it takes a lot longer than it used to. Unless I am making a WS run, I will usually work on other players.

Trout and deGrom are P4 for me. Vladdy ASG and Chipper are P3. Those are my closest ones. This was the first year I ever pulled Trout and I hit well with him so he was a mainstay until all these other OF cards came out.

I'm trying to continue my streak of 0 p5 cards.

Are you trying to P5 as many cards as you can before 22 drops or are you trying to reach P1 on the most amount of cards?
The 1/1 P5 stuff is serious dedication. I was 2nd to P2 Pederson so I thought I should try and get 1/1 super. Got burnt out even before getting to P3. I can’t play the same thing over and over. I need variety. I like to jump to different modes to keep me playing
I got 1/1 on TN Eric Haase and as a Tigers fan I am immensely proud of myself
