I think they forgot to update him at the end of the season so I am waiting for him to get upgraded to bronze after Ws is over so I can make a ton of stubs. I am sitting on 3600 of him. Once he goes bronze I will QS them all for massive profit.

Since nobody answered seriously I will, but the reason they are taking drinks is that this question is asked every day, usually multiple times a day.
The reason there is none on the market is because there are 12,706 people who have put in buy orders for the max amount (2500) and since the demand is greater than the supply there are no excess cards on the market to "buy now".
Put in a buy order for 2,500 and then forget about it. At the rate they have been selling it should take about 9 or 10 days.
The only other option is to buy a ton of standard packs and hope you get lucky and pull him.

I’ve gotten him in standard and other packs just knocking out the conquests. I’ve pulled maybe 3 or 4 over the last month or so. I’ve done the right thing and I have been selling back.
I’ve pulled Jhonathan Diaz. He’s an excellent, wonderful, great card. And I’ve sold him back to the great, wonderful, bestest sports playing community.

I was finishing the LS collection on one of my sub accounts few weeks ago right after a flash sale and all of the LS 90+ Diamonds were super cheap. Last card I needed was this one, so I put in a buy order. 3 days later, I pull one from a pack on that account. Felt like I pulled Mike Trout!!!! LOL!!!! Good luck. Keep that buy order in, you'll get him in the next 10-14 days tops....
