Does this game not know what a complete game is?

As soon as u pitch hit it doesn’t give u credit I have done the same
This. For a COMPLETE game, your stating pitcher had to be the only one listed in the box score.

On a side note; even if I played online, I would skip these specific dailies. IMO, it's not worth the 1500-2500 in XP.
That one is almost as bad as the Collect One Catcher's mask for 1500 in XP; when the ONLY catcher's masks they have a Diamonds.

I agree that a complete great should be worth more but I think the idea (at least for me) is: I'm going to be playing this game anyway, might as well adjust my roster and complete the mission. I'm assuming he would have given up the mission had his pitcher gotten shelled bit since he pitched well, might as well try to complete the game.
Did you win at least?

Had 2 dailies, one was pitch a complete game the other was pitch complete game with a gold. The only option is RS obviously. Loaded up with my gold pitcher, suffered through the entire game, pitched 9 innings, pinch hit for the pitcher bottom of the 9th (9innings pitched) and got no credit for either mission. To top it off I didn't get my first hit against verlander until the last out in bottom of 9th lol.
Sds doesn't even know what constitutes as a check swing , no less a complete game

Thats correct IRL, but the game negates it if he’s subbed out

You literally answered you own question in the first post. It's NOT a complete game.. SDS knows what one is and you obviously don't...

You subbed him out and SDS are the numbskulls?

That's not true. You can pinch hit for a pitcher in the bottom half of the 9th, after they have thrown 9 innings, and it is still a complete game in real life.

For a pitcher to get a complete game, he has to be the pitcher of record on the last out of the game, regardless if the team is home or away.
When you pinch hit for the pitcher, technically, the pinch hitter became the pitcher (even though they never threw a pitch and don't show in the pitcher's box score).
If you are the home team, and it's the bottom of the 9th (keep in mind that a game doesn't have to go nine innings for a complete game. It can be called early due to rain or such and still count as a complete game, as long as they are the pitcher on record at the last out of the game) and you pinch hit for the pitcher, you have removed the pitcher from the game before the last out, and therefore they don't get a complete game.

That is incorrect if you go to any rules website. Wikipedia's entry is above, but if you are wary of that, heres baseball reference entry

I stand corrected on the visiting team portion of my post.
If the pitcher is playing for the visiting team, and it is trailing after taking its turn at bat in the ninth inning, the pitcher is credited with an eight-inning complete game loss. The pitcher is still credited with a complete game if he was removed for a pinch hitter in the top of the ninth inning;
