Twitch Drops Follow Up - We need your help

I earned two Twitch Drop packs which show up in Twitch along with my connected TheShow account, but I haven't received the packs in the game after two days.

Claimed 10 last time drops was active, never showed in inventory.

I have not gotten my last 7 packs

I claimed five packs but only got three.

I claimed 12 packs but never saw in the inventory.

Logged out, rebooted the game then tried to login to the Show account as was suggested and was unable to. Hey Collin_SDS, can you please look into this again?

Drops show up on twitch but not in game

With our first Drops campaign in the books and lots of supercharged packs being delivered to fans who watched streams, we did hear about fans seeing "Drops" in their Twitch Inventory, but not getting them in-game. We looking into these scenarios, but we need accounts to further investigate.

We are excited that Drops are back and have plans for more Drops Enabled streams in the coming weeks, and we just want to make sure they work as seamlessly as possible. Thanks for your help.

I claimed 2 from last week's stream and never received them in game.

I claimed 7 packs Friday and Saturday. All the accounts say they're linked. No packs have shown up in game.

I unlinked and relinked my accounts today. Still no packs in the game (I have 6 collected in Twitch).

I have still not received my two twitch drop packs even though they show as claimed in my Twitch inventory. I have unlinked and re-linked my Twitch account to no avail. I have also opened a ticket (142715) and the response to that ticket was a set of generic instructions about unlinking and re-linking my PSN account. As a follow up, I received another cut and pasted message detailing instructions for linking my Twitch account to MLB the Show, which I have already done as I have already explained.
@Collin_SDS_PSN or someone at SDS, please help. I am willing to help do whatever troubleshooting steps are needed, but I need some actual support, not just cut and paste messages.

So I think I sorted things out on my end. The link from the twitch website to connect your Show account takes you to the main page (theshow.com). I logged in and dug around in My Account. Found the Dashboard page, but Linked Accounts / Twitch option was unconnected, without a clickable prompt to link it. I was logged in via my PS account, so I tried creating a Show Account. THEN I was able to link Twitch.
I feel like maybe this is where the disconnect is happening? Accounts like mine who successfully claimed drops in the past became unlinked. And re-connecting wasn't very easy/intuitive? Anyway - thanks for looking into it. As usual - I've really enjoyed the game this year.
Interesting question: If you had an account already from before do you need another? I thought I had one from this year but I’m having login problems now with the Show.com account. I’m afraid to create another account. I did get the pick-and-choose on which account to select early on this year but I’ve been stuck in a black hole with this thing since. Can Collin_SDS or someone from SDS throw some light on this? And also why all the problems? Is it Twitch and will it be fixed next year?

Yes.
Last year, you would just link your PSN to your Twitch.
This year you must create an MLB The Show Account, then link your PSN or Xbox or both, then link your Twitch account.And also why all the problems? Is it Twitch and will it be fixed next year?
There are a number of reasons for the complications. New Twitch 2.0 system. Having a new "linked" account system, that let's you use the same account across PS and Xbox. The recent Twitch breach didn't help as anyone who reset their password needed to relink their account. We are working to streamline it as best as possible.

Do I need to open a support ticket if unlinking and relinking still does not give me the drops that show claimed in Twitch?

I am still short the packs (6 packs shorted) from the 1st weekend of Twitch Drops. And at this point I am not expecting them to show up since the silence is deafening on support's side.
However, I did receive the 2 packs from last Thursday (had them by Saturday) and the 5 packs from Saturdays Twitch Drops (those showed up almost as soon as they were claimed).
I have not heard back from support in almost 2 weeks now. (Ticket# 141480) -
