What happened with this update

The new update reset all my gameplay options to the default settings.
Anybody else have the same issue?
Very annoying to say the least. -
The update got me pregnant and I’m a guy. The update hasn’t called me since I broke the news. Also refuses to pay any kind of child support.

Everything is the same with my settings.

My settings didn’t change but I’m way worse at the game now. Idk it’s probably personal and I haven’t played in a while but I’m not nearly as good
