If you don’t get him soon just wait a few weeks. They’ll go down eventually; also remake your buy order each day, so that way your higher up isn’t he numbers to sell him

Canceling an order and making a new one will only put you at the end of the line each time in this situation, not the front.

You can't choose which price to sell it for.
Really the best you can do is put in a buy order for 2500 and wait your turn. The only way to get it faster is to pull it from a pack.
By putting in a lower buy price you are putting yourself at the end of the line. Not just the current line but also behind any users who put in a new buy order for a higher price.
