Dynamic difficulty broken

My dynamic difficulty is resetting back to the same level after each franchise game no matter what happens in the game. This was happening on PS4 and I just got a PS5 and it is still happening on that version as well. I have submitted two bug reports one for each system and have not gotten any responses. If there is something I can do to fix it I would gladly do it but honestly this game is unplayable for me until this is fixed. Any insight in to what I can do?

I submitted two bug reports for the same reason, got no answer and the problem is still there for more than a month now. It worked before, it got broken by a patch. I don't have much hopes at this point.
