Sell him? I bought him for under a hundred k. At the very least that's cheap for collections down the road. I sold George Brett for 180k like three days ago so I pretty much got both of them back and paid about 10 K

Yeah, I dont get this idea of sell him...one centerfielder to rule them all. My goal is to have every major card. I love putting together my division teams for TA4 and having so many options, a stud at every position for every division. Why is it fun to run only 1 squad of the "top guys".
I do get that if you're playing online competition and you need your absolute best that Mantle is a clear choice over Kemp which is cool to hear. I just can't imagine selling a top card just because I found a replacement. But I'm OCD and like Pokemon I want to catch 'em all.

I was already thinking about selling Kemp. Well basically trade him for someone else. I wasn't that impressed with him. He's fairly good but he doesn't hit like he should for me. I haven't sold him yet. I'm waiting to see what the market does first. Also have you noticed he plays in weird spots in the Outfield? He plays so deep he can't get to certain balls with his low reaction.

They reduced his stealing and aggressiveness considerably from last year's prime card but still a beast.

Does baserunning aggressiveness even mean anything? It seems like a simulation option for CPU controlled players

I can’t disagree with this post in the slightest… Mickey has 10 HRs for me already, and no other TA4 newly acquired players are even close. He is an absolute beast in the box!

Having the 20/20 quirk as a switch hitting/power hitter is so nice, Hes hit 6 home runs for me but his slugging is over 1000. Not to mention he gets to everything in the Outfield. I value defense so much in this game, I don't always hit well online due to whatever reason. I'm going to say connection but I don't want to make up excuses, I do pitch well though so a guy with great defense and speed is necessary. I can usually win games playing good small but until the homeruns come,

I just got him before leaving for work. Finally can put Trea Turner to my bench with him there but Trea is still so good for me. Although that Barry Larkin looks mighty nice too. Although heard his swing isn't the best

Connections are not an excuse. There are connection issues in this game and have been for years. Some people just don't experience them or rarely while others do quite frequently. From what I can tell it depends on your internet and connection to server.
I'll give you an example. Say one person is in TX and the other is in Florida. These are both alleged server locations. If the game connects to the Florida server, the Florida player will have the much better experience. Connects to Texas, the Texas player will have the better experience.

Yeah. I just don't want to make excuses. I hit on high difficulties well against the computer. Online it's hit or miss. I do know my ping is high on my internet. Good upload/download speeds but I think the ping is to and from servers problem.
