Is their support dept always this horrendous? I've opened multiple tickets over the month and not one has been addressed.

It would appear that they were incredibly short staffed and simply were not prepared for how big this launch was going to be they better have it sorted out by next year way to many issues for a show title

Very much so man people have unanswered support tickets from launch day.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.. SDS have possibly the worst devs and customer support of any game I've ever played... And I owned Cyberpunk 2077 and Anthem.. If that says anything. Your best bet unfortunately is to just move on and hope they get to you by the release of '22. Sucks but its true. Hopefully by next years game SDS can get some competent help for the community.

If these guys think I'm buying another Show after this they're off their rockers. Franchise long fan but after this... lol enjoy the free game Xbox.
