I have heard people waiting months to get a card swapped out - some guy just recently got his 42 series card swapped from May

Day 1 of telling you to submit a ticket and wait. None of us can help you.

You have to submit a ticket, posting on here will do nothing. It is going to take about a month at least as others said. They take forever this year to respond to tickets. May be taking longer since the player base got alot bigger with Xbox.

This will take 6-8 weeks because it's a user error and not a high priority ticket

Hahahahaha, I love that people think we are the help desk. These are gamers dude. Sucks that you duplicated Judge. Itll get fixed, probably in October

Ok. If you want your card switched out all you have to do is this:
Click on the ? In a circle at the top of this website.
Click on XBox Support.
Fill out a Support ticket.
Wait until they fix it.

I think I'm on day 60 trying to get my duplicate switched to German in the NL West... they're never going to fix it. Terrible customer support and even worst programming to allow this in the first place.
And don't even start with the "you should be more careful" crappola. If you have to collect each card to get the award and you can't buy them in case you pick a dupe, then they could've locked them out from being able to get selected twice. Mistakes happen and we're all human. Don't try and make yourself sound so much better than everyone else. You're not perfect, so don't even try.
I don't need Acuna honestly, but I feel really bad for anyone that got screwed on the TA1 cards and who can never get Jackie.

Wait until the stroke of midnight, turn off the lights in your bathroom except for a few candles, stare at your reflection in the mirror and chant "ACUNA" 3x.

Wait until MLB 22 and GO SLOW when selecting cards. Double and triple check to see which ones you already have. That way you avoid waiting months to get the ticket resolved.
