I didn’t get lucky until try number 14 and was rewarded with base round
-
3rd AB. Directional up and to the left.
-
2nd AB zone. Grooved a 4 seamer right down the middle
-
Yup. Directional up and to left did it for me.
-
If I didn't use directional for moments, I would never finish them.
Up and to the left for Pudge.
The terrible matchup means it might take a handful of times, but way easier than zone. -
Like everybody here said.
Moments -> switch to directional, upper left corner and wait for your pitch.
I still need 3-4 tries, mostly have problems with "hit 2 XBH" or something like that. -

3rd AB for me too, perfect perfect to center field. Pulled base round but free stubs are free stubs

I honestly think you guys should never look at the power of any player in these moments. Look I get it, it’s not ideal. But I didn’t check his power at all and hit a homerun on my 4th AB. I’m not saying I’m better than any of y’all or bragging or anything stupid like that.(it’s a video game) I’m just saying that I think this stuff gets in your head and makes things 10x harder for you guys. We’ve all hit homeruns with BR guys that have like 35 power. And when I do hit those kinda homeruns it’s when I didn’t even know the guy had low power. I just put good swings at the ball and let the cards fall as they may. Good luck guys, I hope Pudge smashes your next AB.

I think someone already said this, but directional hitting is the way to go for moments. Point up, and power swing.

I don´t, moments are for me just bahhh. soon as i start moments i switch to directional hitting. don´t care if he´s a power or contact hitter. just upper left corner and normal swing. Yes i get a lot of flyouts and stuff like that. but at the end it´s easier than zone hitting for me.
