Doesn't the game show you how much you will earn after tax right when you put in the amount?
-
I've never heard nor seen that before. Where would it show you this Incase I'm overlooking it. Im on xbox1 and the app
-
It’s all on the right side of the screen in red.
Note: Seller will be taxed 10% for all items sold
Below that it will show the amount the seller will receive.

I don't know about the app, but in the game and on the website it says "sell will receive" after you type in the amount you are selling it for.

Okay I'll check it out. Also is the tax just for buying then flipping or are the cards I earn from packs taxed when flipped

The app doesnt currently show the amount after tax.
tax only applies to the one selling
all cards sold through the market wether sell order or sell now. when you do the quick sell for 25- bronze 100- silver etc - that is not taxed. -

tax only applies to the one sellingI'd like to add that quick selling a card (ex. Diamond for 5k) does not result in a tax. If you sell a diamond for anything less than 5555, you would make more quick selling.

It is funny when people sell golds for 1k only to get 900... "Quick sell it no tax"
-
I work a lot so I'm usually on the app. There seems to be no quick sell option on the app for anybody selling for like 1200 stubs or less.
-
That 10% tax is pretty slimy tbh, BUT I do get why they do it. It's to try to curb people from making stubs on their own by flipping high value cards. This is why it's better to flip more golds and silvers. Sure it takes some more time, but you lose less.
-
Exchanging silvers > flipping gold and silvers.

No, it's to prevent inflation.
If you don't limit the money supply, bronzes and silvers would cost over 10K once you hit August.
