XP cap resets at 5pm CST. Do with that what you will for your time zone.

No it doesn’t, it changes every day. Mine has reset at 3am and at 10pm so far.

What time zone are you in?

Eastern. But again, it reset at 2 different times.

Interesting. Must either be batched in some fashion or some algo around the time that you hit the cap.

It’s 10pm eastern again today. So maybe that is my reset time (and the first day was just odd since it was first)

Gotcha. I have no idea why mine resets at 5pm CST. Oh well. SDS once again keeping me on my toes.

The rest was my RTTS archetype grinding. 44K for the diamond spoke path. 32K for the gold spoke path. And the rest was maxing out a cap submariner halfway through diamond filthy painter (not using it for online, just got tired of hitting after the diamond spoke path).

    Serious question.

Did you actually have to play out the RTTS games to grind that? I have a batter in year two of his career who is not that close to Diamond yet.

There are rosters you can download so that you get 5+ AB's every game. Also, you can adjust the sliders once you max out XP (adjusting the sliders essentially renders the XP to nothing) to your liking. I basically just put all the CPU at 0 and my sliders all the way up once I got to the diamond archetype.

60+ XBH's, 150 hits, 60 SB's, etc. is a slog even with the odds in your favor.

The big thing is to be mindful and use your cap while playing conquest or DD to knock out the easy DD missions. Relying on RTTS missions alone is painful.

Ok, so this is how the XP cap works from what a dev told me. XP begins upon first logon. At that point you can only accumulate 35k XP through gameplay. 24 hours after first logon XP will begin accumulating again if cap has been reached. The point when XP rolls over will be different for every player because it has to do with your initial logon. If you go 35 hours between logons then your 24 hour starts upon that next logon. It will however not begin again if less than 24 hours has passed since the last logon. Hope this sheds some light on this issue.

    So basically work with EST

    Update launched yesterday at 7am

You long on at 730 am your xp clock starts at 730am

Saturday you long on at 10am your xp clock starts

Sunday you log on at 8am you still have 2 hours before your new clock begins.

Is this how I am to understand what you are saying

I read it differently. If you don't reach your XP cap within 24 hours, the timeline is extended to 35 before hitting a hard limit and resetting. But, if you hit the cap within 24 and 35 hours, you should be able to dashboard, quit out, and log back in to start a new 24 hour clock.

From what I’ve gathered reach xp cap playing DD. Then go over to Rtts. Change all your sliders to you help yourself. Go to settings and only play your at bats.

Also there are some rosters you can download to give yourself an even bigger advantage and give yourself a ton more at bats a game

So in other words, still exploiting.

Pretty soon they will nerf something in RTTS because of this method because a handful of exploiters have to be the first to get a Inning rewards and sell them for stubs they probably don't even need.

Yes. As far as nerfing I’m not sure what they will do. I’m not a huge RTTS guy. I do have a few diamond archetypes maxed out because I like using my cap

Congrats. My question and this is no slight to you, what is the purpose of buying Pedro for a million when you can win him for free in a week or two. Just to be the first to super factor him? And what does that get you? Mad community respect? I'm definitely not slamming you, kudos for being able to win him honestly and making a nice profit. But why does someone pay that for a free card? Please inform. I admit, this is my first year so if there is a glaringly obvious reason, i'd totally eat my words.

I’ve assumed that it’s whether streamers or content creators that make money off playing the game. I have to assume that having some of the first gameplay or streaming using the new players is valuable. Basically, it’s an expense cost.
Or, it’s the individuals that are most susceptible to the predatory mechanics within such game modes. Those that have addictive tendencies and can’t control their impulsive behavior.

See, I never would have thought of the former answer, that's a great point. I do get the impulsive behavior, I have never gone that far but I've spent lots of stubs to complete collections that had I waited a month would have been considerably cheaper. 1M is far above my pay grade. I've never held more than 400k at a time and haven't spent any real money other than to buy the game. But the reason I never load up past 400k is that I impulsively buy cards haha.

    I
