Last year it was Kluber. Two years ago it was Kershaw. What’s the alternative? Don’t release any top-tier pitchers until the very end of the game cycle? Then people would just complain that there aren’t enough good pitchers. I get that it’s frustrating to face the same guys that are tough to hit all the time but not sure what they can do differently that will make people happy.
