Anyone having this problem?

Im getting "unhandled server connection occurred" whenever I try to go into dymond dynasty mode or do anything that needs online connection.

My internet connection is good and other games are working perfectly fine online.
I tried closing app and reenter, uninstall and reinstalling the game etc. This is happening for 3days and looks like sds is not under server maintenance or patch according to tweets.

Does any one have this problem? how do I fix this..

Email them and make sure you are not banned.

I did email them 2 days ago but no reply yet. I only play vs cpu in dimond dynasty and rtts. So I dont think i got banned, I mean I shouldnt.

How long do they take usually for a reply?
