Can you keep hitting difficulty on AllStar+

Is there a way to accomplish this? I know you can turn down the dynamic difficulty slider but will take keep me in the AllStar + hitting difficulty.
AllStar is too easy and HOF is a bit to hard. So that’s a great middle ground. Thoughts?

That's how you have to do it, use dynamic until you get where you want it and then turn it off so it used to lock it there.

Turn dynamic difficulty off, go into your gameplay settings and simply change it all to All star. I'm assuming this is offline.
