In my opinion there is a significant difference between the two. Everyone who grinds out the program will get the 90 point reward, but then you have to choose at 100. For the guys who are a big fan of Musial, they will either go with him or have to make a tough decision.

Now that I’ve had my morning coffe,I can formulate what I was trying to say better.. We know Pujols is going to get a 99, whether it’s his own program or an inning boss or something like that… I’m not complaining here, I’m discussing because I do believe SDS content is the best out of all the ultimate team modes I’ve played… My thing is as year round player, There are a lot of 95-97 overall legends that never get an upgrade Pop Stargell who has great swing comes to mind, I just feel like this would be a better spot for that, than us get two extremely high diamond Pujols cards… And I feel like that fact are releasing one why not just do the 99… I have very few complaints about this game, once again SDS goes a great job, just my thoughts on it…

Yeah, I can do that. I have not paid any attention to the prices of the BR rewards. I just knew that the 12-0 rewards were prohibitively expensive.

The 90 point rewards(Pujols) usually drop to the 30kish range. Musial is a bit more unpredictable as Harper was at one point 230k or so, but I'm guessing somewhere around 300k is the best bet for him. Could go lower, and BR rewards haven't really settled at above 350k, but it really depends on how many actually play through the BR program

Unfortunately I am sure it comes down to dollars and data again. I'm sure they have plenty of data that shows a 97 and 99 Pujols results in more profit than a 97 Stargell and 99 Pujols...or countless other options of players who deserve solid cards.

really a 97 pujols only to release a 99 later in the year? Why not release other cards that will not get 99's later on. Where is my boy Orel Hershiser?

You can get to ~300k stubs (most likely starting price of Musial) in a 4-6 hours of flipping cards. I was flipping Jim Palmer and Lou Brock over the weekend and made about 350,000. Making about 1200 on average per copy. Go here (ShowZone), find the players that are moving quickly and start flipping. Throw on Netflix or whatever you want and grind away.

Even if I did enjoy flipping it would have been nice, as an offline player, to have a chance to earn even one of those two cards through play. I have a feeling that by the time we get to a 99 Pujols I will have moved on from the game.
The two best Cardinal cards we can earn through offline play is Harrison Bader (who has weaker hitting stats against lefties) and Lou Brock (who I am a huge fan of but only has average power)

As a thought
The reason we are getting a 97 ovr Albert card because his big 99 card will be a Milestones card for his 3000 hit which will mean it will be an Angels card.
The 97 is to give hima usable card in his Cardinals Jersey
