Some of you guys are WAY too competitive

I know, it’s a competitive game. But if you can’t bear the thought of losing to such an extreme that the gameplay is interrupted by a million manager moves and pitches nowhere near the strike zone on a continuous basis, there is a problem.
This is a game, and some of us play this for fun, not to build up our identities as video game masters.
There needs to be a way to give the sweaties their little “Shippett Stadium never throw a strike always play my parallel 19 god squad” experience without ruining it for the rest of us.
IMO, if you’re rocking a WS banner, it means you think you’re pretty good at the game, so be a leader! Show us you’re good at the game! If you’re making me throw over or step off 21 times because Tim Anderson reached on an error, it brings the gameplay to a level of pettiness nobody enjoys.
Don’t want to accept my friendly request? Fine. Just don’t waste my time.

Reason #258,926,294 why I don’t play any H2H mode on the Show.

I agree with this wholeheartedly. The only thing I do is bullpen moves and rarely pinch run. As far as stealing goes I only go for second but I do it rarely. Not every time I have a 97+ speeder on base. When I first started playing a couple months ago guys could literally steal 2nd and 3rd on me every single time and it was a very bad experience. Luckily they fixed the lag that was killing pop time so now I can gun people down. Before they did that most of the time it would lag from the time your catcher caught the ball to the time you pressed the button for the base and you had to spam that base’s button but be careful to not botch the throw. And I don’t mind a ton of manager moves as long as they aren’t R2ing all the sudden and repeatedly pressing pause just to interrupt your pitch. Those guys are lame.
