If a pitchout to Bench is unable to catch a runner stealing 2nd, and a 95 mph heater on a sidestep can't keep them off 3rd, it's probably OP.
Starting to see it get abused, and it's only a matter of time before this turns into '16 again.

Stealing this year has a far lesser success rate than in the past.
