the 8 total bases is killing me. I've hit 3 balls after getting one HR that were on the warning track and were hit better than the one that went out. Plus the rookie card is probably the WORST card in the entire game. getting 10 total bases with that...ain't f'n happening.
Yet here I am losing my f'n mind over a stupid moment that the only reason i'm doing it is for the XP for the 5th inning for a card that will never..EVER...(Jericho ref) get used...A gain.

Why not skip it? If you do the exchange and the offline missions you can finish it without finishing 2 moments

Because getting that last moment done is just a little bit, and I do mean a little bit, less painful than trying to get 10 total bases with that god awful rookie card (probably the worst card in the game)

Put him 1st in your lineup and play Rookie CPU games at Colorado til you get it. Hit and quit out. It took me 4 abs. Literally 5 min. I promise its easy. Power swing and always try to take the extra base

did that and gave up, ever perfect swing was a fly out to warning track...went back and got the 8 TB done.

I somehow did it on the second game of the first attempt.
I busted through all of JT's moments. Only one that took a few tries was the last one for a homerun. Freaking Rookie mode moments just blow.

This program really sucked.
I did the 3rd baseman exchange and the two offline mission just so I could skip two of the moments. The 8 total base one and the one mentioned in the title are the ones I just didnt want to deal with because he has no pop it felt like.

So...skip the moment. If you do the exchanges in these evolution programs, you can skip two of the moments.

I'm doing the 10 total bases and skipping two moments. I was gonna be grinding for 8 hits with brooks robinson anyway, so it's not that big of a deal to just add one more at bat to each attempt.

I am struggling with the 1 extra base hit with the rookie card, lol. This guy cannot hit a homer and cannot hit it hard enough to get past the outfielders with gappers. His speed does not help. Hopefully I will get it soon.
Edit: I got a homer with him 2nd try after complaining, lol.

His Bronze card is by far the worst Bronze card I ever had to hit with. It's awful!

Even his sig card in the moments cant hit the ball hard. These are some of the most frustrating moments ever. Hangers right down the middle with good swings are hit weakly.

Yeah, this JT card is just hot garbage. I've done the moments and I don't think I ever got one good crack of the bat. His speed is ridiculous. The 6 and 3 moment was tough and the 8 TB was impossible. Hot garbage.
