Connection to show has been lost.

So my cousin just recently purchased mlb the show 20 around a week ago. Whenever he enters the game, it immediately says “connection to the show has been lost”. He had the game for a couple of days and it finally let him into diamond dynasty for around a week, and now it is doing the same thing. The internet connection is good and allows him to play other games, even mlb the show 19. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on or any solutions?

How could he be banned when he had never played the game before? How does he get unbanned?

I don't think thats it, i had this happen to me last week. I just logged out of my acount and logged back in and everything worked fine. It was annoying though.

How do I get unbanned from mlb 21 it’s says I have 16 days till I’m unbanned?

I noticed every time they do an update the connection gets lost so what I do is quit the game then go back into it
