I’m sorry but the content and gameplay doesn’t make this game bad, everyone that does that [censored] or pitches sinkers nonstop or bunt cheese or holding r2 pitching degrom Cabrera over and over y’all ruin this game , so many legends and stars but these people pick what daddy streamer tell them to

I use Cabrera and Degrom, but I have never watched a single stream or tutorial about this game. ...but seriously no matter what game you play online, there is always going to be streamers and people that will try anything to get a win. I think you are just having a tough day... you probably just lost a game? It's OK.... some days you get the bear and some days the bear gets you.

I have made the point before that whit so many people streaming and creating YouTube content for this game that it's having more of a negative impact on the game then a positive.
Every new inning there is 65 videos on how to complete it quickly
Every other week there is 185 roster update predictions

Every video game is like this. I use Degrom because he's my best pitcher. And I don't like using old legends. I usually stick to current players I'm a fan of or 2000s + players. Just my personal preference. That being said I don't spam high fastballs etc but that's just me. If someone wants to do it to me that's their choice. Everyone plays to win but some miss the part of having fun. I like to play realistically but some get joy out of winning no matter how they get it. As far as Cabrera, I don't use him. I roll with pitchers I like, cuz it's more fun for me personally. If I don't have a "fan" connection to a player I generally don't use them, even if they're op. But If the majority of people want to use him because he's op, that's their choice. I just live with it.

You should see madden last year, tutorials on how to beat every coverage using one formation all game. Madden is more toxic than the show could ever be

Welcome to the YouTube era, you just now are realizing this? Every game has a meta. This just happens to be this games meta. The only difference is SDS made it extremely easy to get these meta players instead of keeping them behind an expensive pay wall

I use who I like and how it goes after a few starts. Degrom is a beast as well as cabera. Yes it’s sad that everyone uses them, but it’s the way it is. Last year it was kluber, and that got old. Until SDS stops with the meta pitches it’s what we will see

I don't even use 94 Cabrera. I use 99 Ohtani, 99 Degrom, Felix Hernandez, Wheeler, etc.

I get it. I actually like a card less if everyone is using it. I quit using Kershaw pretty early in 19 and Kluber in 20. It’s more fun to use players that you don’t see all the time. But I seem to be in the minority.

I took a break from last ranked season hoping to get some more casual games in. Nope. Started at 400. Very first game against degrom. Constant 102 mph too late swings. Like wtf?! Lose 1-2. Go into practice on legend and am constantly just late/good on nolan ryan 100+. Ugh!
