Agreed man. I waited years to be able to play this game. Turns out I wasn’t missing much. Online play is sooooooo bad it ruins the game.
It's upsetting. It's a good game. Just online is dogshit. At least now I don't have to worry about playing the market, or having everything in order for the next collection. Who cares. They could release Mickey Mantle with all 125 across the board and his community Batting average would be .150.
I'm tired of every game being 3 hits, all homruns and lucky bloop singles.
Sds has their head shoved so far up their wallets that I don't see this game being fixed.

Yeah hitting is way too difficult online for the game to be any fun. No way around that.

Trying to get myself there with ghost of tsushima sitting on the shelf before halo infinite drops. I just love the collecting and all of the other things that this game provides too
In all fairness I play little online normally. I grinded 1 events reward in '20 and I'm 2 wins away from Kiner right now... And I'm so done with it but I'll finish it at this point. Yeah online isn't that great.

I focused on online ranked for last 3 days for first time this year. Got to upper 800s and it’s awful. Every game has 7-8 hits, dictated by who scores 2 or more runs via RNG. Very disheartening

It's why I haven't grinded for WS this season. If I played enough games I know I could make it despite being pretty meh on HoF, I just kinda stop once I hit 700ish

I don’t stop. I just yank abs get back to playing all star. It’s hard enough to hit 102 on it, and I don’t wanna play a 1-0 game that is determined by who gets the lucky bomb at some point and combining for 30 strikeouts lol
