RTTS Missions not working
-
My RTTS missions are not recognizing my games. For example, I have picked the Duke archetype and it never recognizes my at bats or XBHs. Is there something wrong with my game?
Thanks for the help.

You have to have that archetype activated AND also selected before the game!
-
Gah. Activated. I’ve hit so many doubles/HRs that it didn’t record! Thanks for the help!
-
That still hasn’t worked for me. I have tracked more hits and HRs than at bats.
-
Actually, I just fixed that and it still didn’t work, so I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve never had this problem as I’m in the diamond round of the duke. Really frustrating that it is having problems, though in the grand scheme of things it’s just a video game I guess...

The best is getting penalized for progression. The perks are always like "increase this, but decrease that". How about this SDS..."Increase this" with no lose in any other attribute.

I've been having the same issue since May. I gave up entirely on the RTTS side of MLB 21 (it was my exclusive mode until early MLB 20). Here's what I did and it seems to work. Some of this came from YouTube...
- Make sure your Loadout matches your Perk. I have a 2B, and I use "Sparkplug".
2. Make sure your RTTS game settings have NOTHING simulated. For example, I had "Fielding opportunities" and "Baserunning opportunities" set to "None". I turned them back on to "All". For me, I think this was the key step.
-
Put your RTTS player into your DD lineup. Put him first in the batting order. Go into a game vs. CPU, be the away team, and take one full AB with your player. After that, quit.
-
Go back into RTTS, and play a game. Don't simulate it. Play it out, then see if your stats are counting.
NOTE: After I got this working, I went back in and changed my Fielding/Baserunning to "None" on the RTTS options, and it BROKE again. So... that's where my issue seems to be.
Let me know what you guys find out. Good luck!

I’ll try this but it sucks because I want to play CF and have spark plug. I don’t want to have to use the CF “speed” one or whatever because the hitting is bad. I may just try to get to diamond on the speed archetype though, because by then, his hitting will probably be way better.

I know. I'm a "spark plug" as well, but a 2B. Try it anyway and see if at least the missions get going...
