My ONLY complaint about collections

The "big" collections have been decent so far this year. No real complaints about Mookie or Mariano. Was I hoping for somebody besides Mookie? Yea pob but its decent. Here is my gripe though. I ONLY competed it because I know I will need the flashbacks and legends for later collections. I don't really want Mookie but I know if I don't collect him, I won't be able to do the later ones. I doubt anybody would sink the time and energy into that Mookie if that weren't thr case. Maybe some people would but either way.... They should make them seperate somehow. If I or anyone wants to skip Mookie or Mariano, we should be able to go for one we may want. We all know that most likely Griffey Jr and Aaron will be collections. Not only will be only be able to use the cards for a couple months tops but they will be insanely expensive as tge game cycle slows down and people play other games. The amount of cards available and on the market will get scarce. There has to be a better way to approach it. SDS is dropoing the ball bigtime here IMO

with jackie and the outfielders right now don't really need Mookie..
but his swing and his defence is great...
i may replace jackie at 2b with mookie or trout in LF with mookie

I wouldn't mind them waiting to release the big collection until later in the year and dropping 3 players t once; but you can only Puck one of the three. Once you start on one; the other two lock.

Honestly I like that you have to work for something… I play a lot and I thought I was prepared and I’m not, so it’s fun for me to figure out how I’m going to get mookie eventually

My one gripe is the inconsistencies for what percentage you needed to complete to obtain mookies vouchers.

I have zero issues with working towards a player or other cards. I am not the type to drop money in these ultimate team modes. However this collection smells of pushing players to buy stubs if they don’t play the market. That’s fine, I get it but I don’t see myself getting Mookie anytime soon so I’ll be late to the party. Just as I was with Rivera.

No one's forcing you to cash in the vouchers.

I mean.. They kinda are if we want to complete future collections. Basically the point of the post... And if you're saying just collect them and not redeem them, that's just silly.

I mean you could buy the cards you need at points when the market tanks, like now. Slowly accumulate the required collections and hold on to them. Don't lock them in yet, then if you need mookie for the next one lock them in & collect. You also get 2500 stubbs for each collection too.

Future Collections build on previous collections.
You can't collect Chipper without collecting Papi.
You can't collect Papi without collecting Tanana.
You can't collect Tanana without collecting Trout.And so on. And so on....

I think it's weird this collection didn't require Mo. On the bright side if nobody realized it they added more rewards for the uniform collections, free headliner packs!
