It's not you. I just can't see the ball. You're not good.
Edward Cabrera is easy to read, it’s like facing Felix with a slightly faster sinker. Sorry to rain on your parade brother
Cabrera is easy to read IF the connection is good. If not and the person knows how to pitch, good luck!
That's the thing. Some games you can see pitches. Others you're just guessing. I unerstand your gripe on this one.

Cabrera and Degrom are the crutch of this game. You don’t have to be a good pitcher to use either.

First time facing him on hall of fame and it's cancer. DeGrom last game, DeGrom in game 2, Cabrera (and xbox user) 3rd... And now I finally understand the gripes on them.
-
I’m okay with it
I remember when he dropped and I said he was by far best in the game and people told me outlier sinkers were no good. Just made me chuckle

Truly have no idea how anyone would find this fun... Lag plus ball coming out of stupid angles isn't fun, wouldn't even say competetive, just glitchy cheesy garbage.

It’s Kluber/Newhouser 2.0. At least not seeing Kluber for 6 innings, Newhouser to close it out like you would’ve in 20. But with stamina being broke it’s about equal.

To make things worse they are both eligible to be used in the event this time. I’m 7 wins away from 40 which will finish milestones for me in the mookie collection. So far tonight I’ve done 6 games. Faced Cabrera 4 times and degrom twice. My internet connection at the moment is terrible which makes it feel like I’m on hall of fame instead of all star.

Sit sinker expect sinker. React to everything else. If you expect the sinker every pitch. It’ll make the other pitches stand out more…
I do that and still can’t hit him. I’m just bad

When I did hit hall of fame last year, I seemed to have less issue I think, but I think a year older at 43 makes it tougher to adjust. Hoping I can have a better time next game, definitely was not a good time tonight, and I think playing cross platform didn't do me any favors.

I think he'll be popular as the event goes on.
I'm noticing that the team ovr drops based on tiers of ovr. Like I barely got under the hump to 95, and when I went back to my rotation/pen there was no difference going from a common rp and sp and adding 89 Holland and 88 Sixto.
A 94 ovr might very well represent a tier break making him a popular sp3 or 4

Lol yep. Crochet is a distant third but yes. All I play are idiots that know zero about baseball spamming pitches that in real life would be wrecked. It’s just ridiculous how hard it is to hit outlier pitches. I played ball for 18 years and never ever had an issue with dudes that spammed fastballs in the same spot. Now if they knew how to work it I had problems, but on this game it’s just spamming the same pitches and it’s impossible to hit. Heck I’ve hit several perfect perfects that are nothing but ground balls or singles on this spam. If you have no semblance of pitching progressions , you should get punished. Spamming pitches should be a recipe for losses, not wins. Fix it sds

I agree with your point here. If you don’t mix your pitches, it should be penalized. How many times in MLB do you actually see a pitcher throw 3 of the same pitches in the exact same location? Rarely ever.

The problem is his pitching motion, the sinker jumps out of the hand just like any other breaking pitch would.
