Hypothetically, how high will prices go if its Griffey? His card is always a huge favorite and they gave him away last year as the only boss of the inning. I'm wondering what would be the most sought after player they could release beside Griffey? Maybe Billy Wagner?

The Griffey theory is interesting as this would mark the easiest his 99 is released in game much like Trout last year.
If it's JR prices soar this is also the case for Aaron's 99 beyond those 2 cards I don't see one that would max out the value. Even if they double down and made it Trout again (not happening) it wouldn't make pries soar

I figured as much but I got them all anyway. I might start changing my jerseys around for fun. I might need to start rocking the old Devil Ray unis. It’s weird they don’t have audio Devils Rays.

I only bring it up since they’ve pushed Ballplayer a lot in Daily Program and there is no collection currently for them. All are “earned” as well thru grinding alone so similar to Presitge last year. But, I doubt they will since there was a known “Sim” glitch earlier in the year that many exploited to get these. So now having them as a required collection kind of rewards those who took advantage which IMO wouldn’t be right. I have like 12 done so wouldn’t mind it per se, but many I think would be quite upset.

I honestly think that it wont be players only. I feel like there is a reason they added ball player perks into a collection. But who knows.

They can always extend the existing collection rewards for jerseys and archetypes separate from the new collection reward dropping today.

How many big collections you guys think there will be. We know there will be at least one more just in what they have said. And this is listed as Flashbacks/legends reward number 2. Think there will be a 3rd and final, or maybe 4?

I think there will be 3. And I also don't think the higher priced cards jump up as much as people think because everyone massively over prepared for this one

Yeah it's those overpriced gold and silver ones that will get some people. I went and snagged every one of those that was getablle about a week ago. Some were way overpriced then.
