Every swing [censored] near was a foul tip or foul ball...then game bails em out with hr when they do hit it fair.

That'd be because every at bat they grinded out lowered your pitchers confidence. Game didn't bail anyone out dude. Learn the nuances of the game.

I’m not sure 46 foul ball is a nuance. I’d qualify that more as a nuisance.

Definitely trying to blame someone else for his/her/its/whatever's own issues! Someone fouling off 46 foul balls on HOF with direction is highly improbable. Someone using directional on HOF is improbable in itself!

Blaming directional players is something haven't seen in awhile on here. Up next, blaming center swingers for fouling off 46 balls!

MLB teams avg 30-40 foul balls a night.

With a roster of all 99s....and just timing the pitch yes id say directional could produce those numbers. With zone...unless youre some kind of god... youre gonna have swing and misses. Every pitch in zone wont produce a foul ball and will have swing and misses. Especially if throwing all around the k zone and mixing pitches up.

How does one foul off 46 pitches??? 46 foul balls.....this is why directional/timing only is trash.

I’d like to know how what you’re saying correlates to directional hitting??? We’d all like to know!!!

I'm not even a good hitter I would say average and I consistently have 10 pitch at bats because of foul balls.

Were you playing on AS because the Vision PCI is about the size of the strike zone, you literally have to go opposite of pitch location and/or be completely off on timing to not make contact, which happens to me plenty but if you are even close your gonna foul it off and if you are a really good hitter they will adjust timing to be late and just push it foul.

Brett Gardner and Johnny Damon are perfect real life examples, super pesky hitters that foul everything off until they get their pitch, it's why two guys transitioned from speed and single hitters to popping 25 HR's a year.

Longer at bats 100% lower pitchers confidence. Watch the bar. It slowly eats away. And then stamina being in the yellow or red eats away at it even more.
