While true in a lot of situations you can't really use a blanket statement like that. Some people are dealing with mental health issues and have less control. I have crippling anxiety to the point I need to get up hours in advance to prep myself for leaving the house to go to work and it comes across as rage a lot. If I don't take my medication for a few days something I'll usually laugh off and just be like "man I suck" will make me want to put my head through the wall.wish you the best my friend - i meant well in my post and i know you can understand where i was coming from - clearly not directed at you - have a great night over there

No worries, I took no offense to your post and agree that most people who constantly break controllers are under the category you described. Just a friendly reminder that it's not all of them. -

That's a little heavy my friend.
Better to throw a controller than throwing punches at family members or the pets. That's my opinion anyway.
Don't typically get that way over video games though. More fun to let that anger seep out through the poison pen. But, to each his own.
oh jesus - imagine punching your own family and those who you love? of course throwing a controller is better, my point was that one should never get to that in the first place

Never throw punches at those that live with you and can set you on fire in your sleep.

From first-hand experience, I can tell you that if you spike it onto a hard floor, it can shatter into multiple pieces. I'm not proud that I know this.
When I was younger I learned this playing NHL. Then I learned to spike it on a bed or couch beside me. Then one day I spiked it onto my bed, right onto my phone laying there. I had to replace a phone I'm still somewhat fond of.
Never tossed a controlled again.

Maybe not. But one has to start somewhere, and its always the same start. But either way it was just a silly joke, everyone should do what they want. I assume these people are adults and they live in states where it's legal. So it's not that big of a deal I guess.

Maybe not. But one has to start somewhere, and its always the same start. But either way it was just a silly joke, everyone should do what they want. I assume these people are adults and they live in states where it's legal. So it's not that big of a deal I guess.
I hear ya but the Mary Jane gets a bad rap in this regard. Those that struggle with addiction will lead themselves down a dark path if not careful. They will abuse anything they get their hands on, and since the devil's lettuce is the easiest to get ahold of, especially at a young age, that's where they logically start. They were going to end up where they do one way or another. So no, it is not a gateway but an innocent bystander in one's own personal demise.

The first 4 VH albums are untouchable.
I saw VH live with Sammy. Never saw Dave live, but if you read the book 'Van Halen Rising,' you'll see how Important Dave really was to the start of VH.
Sammy is the better singer, hands down, Dave the better frontman.
I thought at the time that Sammy was the only singer who could replace Dave, so I am a fan of his as well. The Sammy era produced the most hits and a more Pop sound, with more love songs, lol
If you ask around the Rock guitarist community, they'll tell you the 'Fair Warning' album is the album as far as guitar tone is concerned.
That's when I became hooked for life.
