This was the first inning. 21 pitches, 16 fouled off.
I was about to get another screenshot of inning 2 and 3 but dude quit before I could.
This is why ppl hate AS, SDS. This difficulty could be so enjoyable if we weren't sweating on every single pitch.

What would you like them to do to someone who timed a ball fairly well, but was early or late, or off-PCI? Put it in fair territory so that everyone can scream "input doesn't match output?"

Lol you can find any complain you want in this forum. I enjoy the game but I don’t enjoy a 16 pitch at bat that often. Unless of course… I’m benefiting from it!

how about whiff and miss if the ball isn't near the PCI or if you're very early/late?
I benefit from foul balls too more than I should and can easily say that's not good as well.

What you're really complaining about though, is that All Star is too easy of a mode for competitive play, which it is, but they're not ready to drop it because the physics aren't perfect yet.
Fouling a ball off in HOF isn't easy. Legend, it's "easy" - but putting it fair is NOT lol.
You will see changes in 22 and as time move forward. For now, figure out how to make them put those foul balls in play. I can tell you right now, I don't have this issue at all - I personally foul off a lot, but my pitching strategy gets me thru innings fast. There's an unspoken art of pitching to contact in BR/All Star that isn't featured in hundreds of videos like everything else is in this game - I only "figured it out" because I played a cash league last year, and the other competitor was impossible to get out - but once I figured out how to get him to hit it fair but not put the ball out, this entire video game changed for me. I've been flawless twice since then.
