This [censored] game is so freaking bad sometimes…
I hit a triple with Grisham, there is a man on 1st. I manually send the runners, and when I’m close to 3rd with Grisham I select him and press square to stop him at 3rd base. Guess what? My [censored] runner comes back from home.
I closed app, wtf is wrong with base running?

This game is broken period.
I literally had Vlad stop/hesitate for a moment while he was running home. That slight hesitation got him thrown out at the plate
I don’t even know what to push to stop the runner yet vlad just did it on his own.
This game is broken and since the last patch, freeze offs have been awful and it’s not my connection either
21 has been a circus. Close to hanging it up

Same here...tie game bottom of the 3rd in a BR game and had a guy on second with two outs. Hit a little blooper into RF and immediately hit the button to send all because the guy is going to score easily before the hitter would ever get a chance getting thrown out at second. Nope, runner rounding 3rd decides to stop and run back after being almost halfway down the 3rd baseline. However, the hitter keeps on trucking it around 1st and as I'm screaming at the guy on 3rd to run he gets thrown out by the cutoff man at 2nd. My hitting is improving and not as bad as it used to be but it still hurts to squander runs on the base path like that.

Gotta love the ball hit to the OF where the runner goes half way. The ball falls to the ground and the runner stands there half way to nowhere with a thumb up his [censored] for 3 seconds before making a decision

Ive had 2 99speed runners thrown out at home due to the slide they give em...the slide past feet first....so whole body is past home plate besides hand and then tagged out. Makes total sense.

yes, i have no idea why a runner in front of said batter stops at times and comes back, or just stops at 3rd when im clearly holding down L1 or whatever button it is to keep going.. and i only play offline and it still drives me nuts.

I'm not a big FIFA advocate. I've ranted about it a whole lot. But, I'll be honest..I've rediscovered it. Went back a couple weeks ago just to check out the new pack system. Played a couple games..started building a Ligue 1 team. It's pretty captivating. And, about the time I get burnt out on it..the new version (FIFA 22) will be out.
I don't miss The Show at all..for all the reasons you mentioned and tons more. Prob will again about mid winter, but never have I played The Show after mid-August or so. There is only so much fun I can take. LOL.

I get quite a few situations where the guy on second just stands and watches the ball while the first baseman is halfway to second. Of course the ball lands and you have 3 players from first to second base. Feels like little leaguers running the bases.
