Watched the Woodstock '99 documentary on HBO last night (an awesome watch btw, check it out) and it got me super nostalgic for that time period. Besides the obvious sluggers (Sosa, McGuire, Bonds...) what early 2000's stars would you like to see that aren't in the game this year. For me:
    -Jake Peavy
    -Johan Santana
    -Joe Mauer

I like those. Adding Andres Galarraga, Vinny Castilla, Joe Mauer.

Justin Morneau, Joe Mauer, and more of the White Sox 2005 SP... Buehrle is already in the game, but man.... Jose Contreras, Freddy Garcia, and Jon Garland were all so good too...

And I just watched Moneyball for the 100th time, so I'd like to create a theme team with Eric Byrnes, Eric Chavez, Jermaine Dye, and Scott Hatteberg (with 0 Defense and 0 Arm Strength) to go along with the new David Justice.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and Chad Bradford and Ricardo Rincon in the bullpen.

I’d love to see a 2001 Luis Gonzalez card.

Does it really matter? Everyone would have the same team anyways 🤣

    Arod would be amazing
    Halladay would be so sick
Randy Johnson would be too fun
    Roger Clemens
Manny Ramirez should be the best hitter in the game if they used a prime card
Derek Jeter just because I'm a Yankees fan and they would probably make him way better than they should
Curt Schilling even would be badass even though he's a degenerate drunk and a racist lol

I would take the devs at San Diego Studios to a nice steak dinner if they could get the rights to Randy Johnson.. heck, I’ll even let them get appetizers and a soda pop..

A Bobby Jenks card is long overdue imo
