I’ve tried submitting support tickets but I still haven’t gotten a response. I accidentally chose Nelson Cruz twice so I cannot get Acuna. Please just give me Jose Ramirez so I can finish the collection. I won’t do it again <3.

They will get to your support ticket eventually, but you will be waiting awhile. I still don't think they have gotten through all the people that chose x2 of the TA1 42 cards

Sounds like they need to add a confirmation if you try to select a player you already in your inventory.

Don't disagree but since they probably use the same logic in the sellable packs, that may not be so easy to code. A quick confirmation might be easier depending on how they structured their code. Then fix this in the Show 22

No, I am good. I made all the right selections and didn't pick someone I already had. Appreciate your concern though, that was very kind of you.

It sounds like they should have a support group for all who have made this mistake… or gray out/eliminate those already in your inventory.
Speaking of non-sellable dupes, I’d like to be able to exchange the multiple Rookie Giambis and stuff I’ve gotten like 3 or 4 of in the daily moment programs.
Edit: I actually take this back… because I remember 3 or 4 years ago when people were quick selling and exchanging cards in the XP programs.

I agree it would alleviate a lot of their customers problems and clear up their ticket submissions.

I am still amazed and baffled at how many people have done this in spite of the cards being marked to show you which one you do and don't have.
Hope everyone eventually gets it resolved.
