Easiest Pitchers to Hit Against
-
I'm talking about top tier/meta pitchers only....it's Ohtani and Vida for me. Not sure what it is about these two but they get knocked all over the yard. It's now to the point where i salivate at the sight of these guys in an opponent's lineup.
Ohtani's delivery is fairly easy to read and once I get Vida's fastball timed everything else is elementary. Too bad I face deGrom in 90% of my games haha
-
I get excited seeing Crochet. Only four pitches and people use the fastball as a crutch. Pretty easy to read his release in general.
-
Everyone seems to struggle with Edward but I CRUSH him. At least 6 runs through 3 innings every time. Now Cliff Lee on the other hand....

I swear over half my games is against DeGrom and I don't get how that is possible. Everyone has to rest their pitchers but I get the lucky DeGrom pick half the time...At least I am starting to be able to decently hit him. Also, some people just do not know how to pitch him. I had one guy the other night though....He was one step ahead of me the whole game. I could not figure him out. I wish I had recorded so I could just re-watch on how he was using him.

it's like every game it's degrom...sooo annoying

The funny thing is I don't see Degrom as often in events. Sure I see him but it's not back to back to back like it is in RS.
And I know all these players have him in their rotation since they have a handful of all the other TA3 cards in their lineup/rotation/pen

Edward actually! The only thing that sometimes gets me with him is a high sinker which is hard to hit off everybody. Now he’s not a starter but I really do bad against that 96 A Rey. He’s my second favorite card in the game behind LS Arenado so I do well with him and horrible against him
-
I find Cliff Lee easy to hit but he's also my best pitcher. Doesn't make much sense lol
-
None of them, I suck
-
really depends on what difficulty ur on like for example cliff lee is bp on low difficulties maybe hes better on hof or same with any pitchers that dont throw 100+

That's silly. He quit after one AB. So was probably a bad connection or something. Silly to look at someone's game history to try and catch them in a useless lie even if it is one lol. I could see if he said he won his last 12 games against him or something. Then maybe check.

I had to go to my dentist appointment

I find the easiest pitchers to hit are those who throw heat but not top heat. So 96-98mph range. Those who throw 102mph can get frustrating because I am either too early or too late but never perfect on the timing. The pitchers who pitch slow (fastball in high 80s to low 90s) I tend to struggle with as well. Only because the change-up is eerily similar to the fastball with them.
That 96-98mph is the sweet spot though. You can tell if it's a change-up or fastball coming pretty easy to get the timing right. The fastball isn't fast enough to make it a constant early/late/early/late type game.

This is true, but if you are the away team his 103 becomes 115 and feels dang near impossible to touch

Cabrera and deGrom give me massive headaches. Lance Lynn also toasted me the first time i played against him. The guy threw a freaking perfect game with Lynn...

Anyone who doesnt throw 102mph. Literally anyone i can handle at least a bit who doesnt have outlier.

So what I've started doing is seeing if I can quickly navigate the player selection menu before starting a game. I'm still away in a lot of games but I noticed I can typically spot a bad connection right away. I just back out and rematch until it's low lag.
I know some people call that home hunting but if you look at my game history it's not a noticeable shift tbh. BR I usually just go in because it's 3 innings and I'm not sweating a loss until I'm near 9 wins

I could care less that ppl home hunt. I don't home hunt to play in MY conditions. I home hunt to avoid playing ppl with [censored] connections.
