My affinity points are not being awarded

I went on MTO to keep grinding out the team affinity (I'm doing Red Sox now) and it said no points are being awarded. What is up with MTO p!$$!ing me off so much. I was about half way through the season and this message came up.

Did you lose connection to the internet or did you close the application/dashboard at all during a game?

I had the same thing happen to me and just submitted a ticket today. The only thing I can think of is that after the game was complete, I put the game in rest from the main menu in MTO and it lost connection then, but this was after the game was recorded. Hoping SDS can help, but totally understand if not.

I just submitted a ticket for this as well, made it to the all star break above expectations and also received a message saying no rewards... I have finished every game I started (most of which I put in losing in the 9th and took a lead only to blow it with the random pitching, but thats another issue) never lost connection or quit out of a game, Ill update this if and when i hear a response

Still no response? I submitted one last night I haven’t got anything back yet
I got a response last night they asked if I had moved the save file between ps4? I said no, now im waiting again

I am doing MTO with the Marlins. It has been more fun than expected.
But, I will admit that I did dashboard once out of frustration. The game scolded me when I got back on but it said I will not get points if I do it again.
When are you supposed to get your affinity points?
At the half way point or the all star break? -

Thanks for the info.
It has been rough doing the Marlins, but I am enjoying it.The trades have been bad. The first two were garbage, the best player I was offered was Delino Deshields Jr.
The third time I got Pham.
Will that be it for trades or should I expect some more offers? -

All-Star. They have the best record in the MLB after 81 games, which is totally unrealistic, but fun as hell

Same here, my PS4 couldn’t authorize it for some reason. I was online because
I was able to in between games go to the market a buy cards and play ranked seasons when I felt like it. I sent a complain ticket to SDS, still haven’t heard back. I’m kind of triggered because it took me 7 hours to get to the end of the season where I should have up to 16 affinity points, when I have gotten 0... -
has anyone received any response for any of these problems yet!??!
