Linking to my Show account

I was linked last year for Twitch drops and I noticed I hadn't received any notifications for streams recently. I had a problem with my PS account but that's fixed and I thought I'd needed to relink for my The Show account. But when I created a new account it said my progress would be reset. Both PS and The Show notifications showed I'd logged in today. Do I need to pick an account or do anything?
