I'm half way there but not sure how I would be able to complete it without buying the collection cards.
I see they gave you 2/3 cards in the 2 packs you get.
For those who have completed it, as you progress, do they give you ASG cards along the way to complete the collection? Or you have to buy the players on the marketplace?
For acuna you just need the 30 ta ones.
For ohtani youll have 33 with all ta and acuna.of the 13 more needed 14 were in the hrd/asg packs which can no longer be bought and cespedes(event) pederson( 4th inn henchman)For Acuna - where do the TA ones come from? doing ta3 all the way thru? I did all the TA3 moments.

ok thanks everyone. i get it now. i did the TA3 showdown and it was much easier than the showdowns in the past. got the 5 tickets and used for one of the TA3 program exchanges.
so i looks like you can keep repeating the TA3 showdown - now i see why everyone says that's the easiest way to get the acuna program.

The fastest method is do the exchanges and then do the showdown repeatedly. If you don't have the cards for exchanges or would rather sell those cards then you need to do a lot more showdows. Showdowm is most definitely the quickest way. You can get 3 showdowns done in an hour with how easy they made it.

what got me confused about exchanges were i was looking at the 'exchanges' menu where you exchange players for like gold silver bronze.
didnt know about that the exchanges were in the TA3 program itself. that is correct right?

I just finished the NL last night, started on the AL East. I don't know how people got this done so quickly. I've loaded my lineup with cards from each division but it just seems to take a while.
I'm doing the USA conquest map, maybe that is slowing me down.

I did all the exchanges for the 6 affinities which gives you up to 65%. Then all the moments get you another 20% and then 3 player missions. For each one I took all the pitchers first because of how easy they are to do. Those 3 player missions are usually pretty quick.
Without the exchanges, it's a pretty good grind

I did the exchanges but forgot about moments. 20% would be a nice boost. The main method that has worked for me is strikeouts either with the 2021 AS cards or AS series cards, but that takes a bit.

Play 9 inning games on Rookie and take pitchers first. You can easily get 15 strike outs, AND the cards 10 strikeouts in one game. Plus hitting is easy and your other cards will finish the other missions. There is one division with no pitchers, but I am not certain which atm. I think the American League East but Id have to look. You have to do all the moments but they are really easy ones. The problem with conquest is too much time between games.

I have several HRD cards and used them to get Acuna. My question is, do you guys think there will be another collection using HRD cards? I'd like to sell most of them since I did not lock them in for anything, yet. I do not need Otani as a pitcher who can hit, but that is a collection for them already so many people already have them locked in. I am thinking there wouldn't be more than one collection that uses them.

I’m finished with TA3. I was just pointing out that you can only get 45 point via the exchange route.

The problem with games on Rookie, as apparently most already knew and I discovered yesterday, is that stats won't cycle while you are in the game.
For example, you start the game with 13 out of 15 strikeouts for all star pitchers. You pitch the whole game using them and strike out 10 batters. The program only counts the first 2 and the other 8 are a waste of time and effort. You'll start the next game with 0/15 instead of 8/15.

Question? How much does going the exchange route cost per division assuming you have limited cards to exchange to begin with.
