Dude I don't know if it's because the hitters cards are better now but my 97 Josh Hader gets lit up in this event and my live series Josh Hader was unhittable in ranked seasons. I'm thinking events is just a slugfest. I mean Ohtani and Peralta are also getting shelled. I chalk it up to all star difficulty as well. Reyes has been pretty good but Gregory soto has been the best of the new pitchers.

Hader is always a bust for me because of pitch selection. But that Reyes is amazing IMO.. He has 2 pitches that touch 100 basically and his Curveball is the best in the game. Its unreal

I wouldn’t burn a card based on this event. Not only is it on All Star, but they seem to have juiced the offensive sliders.

Soto is worst 95 overall Lefty ive ever used. I bomb him and he got bombed when i used him

That’s the only reason he is still in my lineup. When I get to the 860-900 in ranked I will pass judgement on the card again. I can’t control him on AS, I guess HOF/Legend won’t bw any better

I haven't understood these comments - the Ohtani one too in the other thread - I can't hit Ohtani if you paid me, and I've got a 0.00 ERA and 0.23 WHIP with Hader. The second Ohtani left the three games I faced him, I put up runs and came back and won each game lol.

I took hader out on my WS run this weekend. Swapped him with Franco who has like a .48 era for me. Didn't trust Hader at all.

I think the event is part of it but it's definitely noticeable.

Control issues. But Reyes is just fantastic, good thing I did not writte him off.
