I think if you get banned it will tell you that you are banned but I really am not sure.

I'm curious if things have changed but it used to be the case that all of these games came with no right to online play and that you were only entitled to offline play with your purchase.

You could do a credit card chargeback/bank dispute but you would lose your whole psn.
