Name Not Showing Up In Gamer Search

When I go to The MLB The Show 21 Gamer Search and type in my gamertag, it always comes back with “Gamer Was Not Found”. It’s been this way all year for me, and I don’t understand what the problem is.
I have a second Gamertag I use occasionally too and that one always shows up in the Gamer Search.

I play everyday, so I haven’t been banned or anything. Has this happened to anyone else, or does anyone know what’s causing this? I can find my Gamertag on the online leaderboard, but if I use the search it’s like it doesn’t exist.
