but what is the actual top speed anyone can pitch with a sinker? 100mph?
I think 4 seamers should be 102mph as that makes sense, but sinkers?

Maybe SDS could nerf it slightly, any SP a sinker cant be over 97 but relief pitching is max 100mph or something.

I still play RS but I agree that it becomes wearing. I've been playing a lot more BR because both teams have a chance to actually hit.

Facts bro some people don’t know how good they have it right now with SDS . don’t get me wrong they aren’t perfect and have made mistakes but if you except anything better from a EA or 2k/Take 2 ..Um Don’t.

AS would be the best difficulty in the game if they could solve the endless foul ball issues.
It's already better with the contact swing nerf but now they need to complete the cycle and find a way to reduce foul ball success rates.

I agree high inside 4 seam or sinker is tough to hit. But it can be done and they will stop doing it if you can be good or early on them.
Not if you're sitting on the High-Inside 4 Seamer which is what I've been doing all year. I find I'm better at moving my PCI down vs. up. It's helped a little bit.
But the sinker, I probably haven't hit one well in over a month. I made it to the 700's and then basically gave up on ranked. It's pretty much facing Cabrera every single game. I started playing events and BR.

The problem is that the pitch itself is screwed up. A high sinker should flatten out and have very little to no break. The physics of it are wrong.

I find I often guess right on pitches -- usually high FB in the zone -- but don't commit and sell out. I still try to "read" or "confirm," and then it's too late. I think if I sell out more, I'll do better.
I just don't like to play like that...

The whole game is no fun playing garbage players that spam inside fastballs that are impossible to hit. If you can’t work your pitches you should be punished on any level. It’s absolute trash that inside pitches are so hard to hit when they spam it over abs over. In real life you would get sent back down to the minors if you pitches like that
I noticed this in the event. I know we are using common pitchers so of course I hit better, but I’m still pitching at least decently because I know how to work pitches.
In ranked games all you have are high sinkers repeatedly that are impossible to hit.
Bro I strike out 12-17 a game and consistently lose to broken bat morons and 102 spammers
